"Their team did half work and now not picking phone..I felt they are honest & professional but it doesn't seems to be. My furniture was very old approx 25 years old and they were trying to escape from putting foam just changing the cloth..During discussion it was discussed stil they were trying to escape.I overlooked this escape as there work was neat n clean but when it comes to cushion , I didn't like the cloth they were offering and they asked me to buy of my choice and it will take an hours or so to make it. In between he was not well...so I told him u get fine from donguue and then come. Humanity & health comes first. After few days, tried reaching but not answering calls. Lack of respect. I referred his number to two people but the response he & his team gave to them was just excuses n kept telling them oh ma'am work is also pending... telling to my known people but not picking my call. Strange"
